Norton and the old town
The Georgian and Victorian property around Norton Green, the duck pond and the top of the High Street is Stockton's most detailed decorating work: sash windows with plenty of glazing bars to cut around, panelled doors, moulded architrave and rooms where the plaster has seen two centuries of movement. The family suburbs
